Originally an outdated corner shop nested within a heritage building & situated at a bustling pedestrian intersection, this compact space was reimagined by DXT into a vibrant, welcoming coffee shop.

The transformation not only maximized the potential of the space but also added significant value for the new owners. By creatively utilizing the footpath and capitalizing on window exposure, the design turned the space into a lively social hub, seamlessly integrating the interior with the surrounding urban environment.
